Verizon Summer '24

Reducing Fallout

During my internship, I focused on reducing fallout in the home internet sector. I improved the support flow and streamlined the plan selection experience, which led to a 17% drop in customer drop-off and a 22% increase in successful plan activations.

UE Group Fall '23

Web Usability and Accessibility

While working for UE Group, I redesigned the website of a rural nonprofit to better support widows and streamline community help. By improving usability, donation access, information clarity, and accessibility, our redesign reduced site confusion and decreased founder-reported call volume.

Inspire Fall '22

Encouraging Positive Behavior

I designed a health watch aimed at promoting intrinsic motivation for college students to adopt healthier habits. By focusing on positive reinforcement and reducing the fear of judgment, our design enhanced user engagement and encouraged long-term behavior change.
